Berni and Richard are experienced in IP training.
Berni is a former member of the Joint Examination Board for UK Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys and was responsible for the legal practice paper (P2), one of the four final exams, which UK Patent Agents must pass to become chartered. Berni tutors trainee Patent Attorneys on how to pass P2 and for a number of years has taught on the corresponding JDD revision course. In 2009 she worked in collaboration with the Singapore IP Academy to provide revision courses in Singapore.
Richard has tutored and mentored numerous attorneys, and lectures annually on chemical and pharmaceutical patenting for the QMUL Certificate IP Course.
